We offer merchandise of the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product for an exchange or credit. Custom ordered products, and/or bagpipes, chanters, reeds and similar items cannot be returned for health reasons. For jackets and kilts, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Expect 6-8 weeks for custom item delivery.

All shipping is USPS ground.
